• Condition: If the product is found to be damaged upon inspection, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method accordingly.

• Timing: All return shipments must be sent within 14 days of submitting the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale/Clearance: Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

• Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your product in the original packaging. Make sure all tags and accessories are included.

3. Ship the Package: Use the return address provided in our confirmation email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Defective or Shipping Errors: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Timeline: Refunds may take up to 30 days from the time you initiate the return. Depending on your bank, you may see the refunded amount in your account within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Although we do not offer direct exchanges, you can:
